• Support AI and analytics initiatives through exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, data wrangling, and practical application of low-code/no-code generative AI tools to improve IT business processes • Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, business stakeholders, and process owners to prepare high-quality datasets, uncover insights, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and accelerate work • Extract, join, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and/or data tools • Clean and preprocess structured and semi-structured data • Build and maintain analysis-ready datasets to support feature engineering, model development, and business reporting needs • Apply data quality checks and document findings • Perform EDA to understand data structure, relationships, distributions, anomalies, and business context • Create visualizations and summaries to communicate insights • Conduct descriptive and basic inferential statistical analyses and assist in measurement design and KPI definition • Use low-code/no-code GenAI tools to improve efficiency, speed, and quality in IT business processes • Design and implement GenAI-enabled solutions, create prompts, reusable workflows, and lightweight AI assistants • Work in technical teams focused on analytics solutions and maintain well-structured documentation

• Process and analyze financial documents received from General/Limited Partners, including capital calls, distributions, financial statements, and schedules of investments. • Access GP portals and repositories to download, categorize, and tag fund-related documents with accurate metadata. • Extract, standardize, and validate data from Private Equity documents such as Partners’ Capital Account statements, cash flow statements, and investment schedules. • Identify appropriate accounting breakouts and classify data items related to fund-level investments and portfolio companies. • Perform data quality checks, resolve exceptions raised through manual QC reviews and automated validation logs, and ensure adherence to defined data standards. • Conduct routine reporting and basic trend analysis to support internal analytics and operational insights. • Support data cleansing initiatives to improve accuracy and consistency across datasets. • Assist with process improvement, Lean initiatives, and automation efforts, including basic SQL-driven data tasks. • Maintain clear documentation of data collection and validation processes for auditability and future reference. • Collaborate with team members to deliver individual and team targets with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness. • Participate in ad-hoc projects aligned to business expansion, data enhancement, or automation initiatives.

Role Description Inova Health System is looking for a dedicated Clinical Quality Data Analyst to join the team. This role will be Full-time Day Shift: Monday – Friday working remotely. This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states – VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV. - Works with physicians, clinicians and other individuals involved in quality improvement initiatives and clinical quality measure processes to ensure standards of quality are met. - Helps physicians and clinicians to identify the clinical quality measure requirements and provide guidance on how to best meet them. - Accurately maintains an interrater reliability of 95% or better or assigned populations. - Collects data and completes assigned quality reviews within specified timeframes. - Collects and documents, accurately and completely, all required data elements. - Experience with EPIC, Press Ganey, and Get With The Guidelines (GWTG). - Utilizes specialized/clinical expertise when collecting data on clinical quality measures. - Conducts data abstraction based on specific techniques. - Utilizes and is familiar with specific software programs. - Compiles collected clinical data within required timeframes and submits to data warehouse for further processing. - Plays a core role in the Core Measures initiative and provides education to others on Core Measurement requirements. - Attends education sessions as needed. - Participates in quality audits as required. - Trains and educates others on the clinical quality measurement requirements as it pertains to quality improvement and regulatory requirements. - Provides content and compliance knowledge in the improvement initiatives for clinical quality measures. Qualifications - Associate's Degree with clinical focus, OR an additional five years of relevant experience and High School degree. - 2 years of clinical experience in healthcare quality, patient care or case management within a hospital or clinical setting (to include experience and knowledge with The Joint Commission, The Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services requirements and Core Measurement components).
