Role Description The Senior UX Designer will help lead the design and definition of engaging digital experiences for employees, transforming unmet user needs and business opportunities into successful employee tools. This position is responsible for contributing to the definition, communication, and application of design standards for our desktop and mobile applications and for working with stakeholders and solution partners to ensure consistency with these standards throughout the portfolio.
