Management Solutions
• Assist the Training Lead in the design, development, and implementation of training programs for the federal client program. • Assess training needs and support development of training strategies and learning objectives. • Create, update, and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and supporting documentation. • Deliver training sessions and support facilitation of employee and stakeholder training activities. • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure training initiatives align with program goals and USACE policies. • Develop evaluation criteria and conduct assessments to measure training program effectiveness. • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance training content, processes, and delivery methods. • Maintain training records, documentation, and reporting requirements in accordance with organizational standards. • Utilize training management systems and tools to track training activities and completion metrics. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a federal IT environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of overall professional experience, including at least four (4) years of experience in training and development.
- Strong leadership, organizational, team management, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in training program design, execution, and evaluation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with training management systems and related training tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract and/or security clearance requirements.
