• Develop and execute regional and national go-to-market strategies for Progyny Select. • Accurately forecast revenue, pipeline, and territory performance. • Lead capability presentations for external stakeholders. • Represent Progyny Select at industry conferences, consultant meetings, and executive briefings. • Generate proposals and provide timely responses to external stakeholders. • Lead contract negotiations with large employers, regional health plans, and strategic partners. • Achieve aggressive growth targets and incremental revenue goals. • Travel to attend onsite events and conferences as needed. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product, marketing, finance, legal/compliance, and operations.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience selling benefits into mid/large size groups in a fully insured or self-insured marketplace
- Demonstrated experience cultivating new relationships with brokers and consultants.
- Proven ability and passion to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing or related field preferred
- Demonstrated passion and motivation to sell innovative fertility solutions and drive new businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey Progyny messaging both in person and via remote sales capacity.
- The ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
