Role Description Our client is looking for a solution-oriented, proactive, and highly reliable Senior HR Generalist to support their growing team, with a strong emphasis on US recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This role requires close collaboration with the Operations team, and is ideal for someone with experience in restaurant or retail environments and corporate recruitment. - Manage full-cycle recruitment for both field and corporate roles. Recruiting experience in the restaurant or retail industry is a huge plus. - Facilitate onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentation. - Communicate regularly with Operations to align staffing needs and onboarding timelines. - Maintain accurate records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems. - Support general HR tasks, including employee relations, compliance, and documentation. - Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration. - Utilize platforms such as Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now for recruitment and HR processes. Qualifications - 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding. - Experience in restaurant or retail industries is strongly preferred. - Familiarity with Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now. - Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills as this role will need to take calls. - Proficiency in Excel (not a disqualifier, but preferred). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. - Languages: Proficiency in both Spanish & English is highly preferred for this role. - Personal Device: A Windows-based computer is required for this role, as some of the tools and platforms used are not fully compatible with macOS.
