Honor
• Respond to a high-volume of Care Pro inquiries across the employee lifecycle. • Manage HR Escalations & Issue Resolution from intake to resolution. • Act as a key escalation point for employee relations concerns. • Assist in resolving CP complaints and escalate complex issues as needed. • Identify trends in CP concerns and flag opportunities for process improvements. • Manage high-volume ticket processing (~100 tickets weekly). • Ensure timely responses to HR inquiries via phone, email, and text. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Compliance, and Operations. • Review and approve pending HRIS changes in Dayforce. • Lead the full infection control cycle and oversee leave of absence requests. • Manage employee status changes and necessary documentation. • Coach market teams on best practices related to CP privacy. • Present key trends and challenges to HR leadership.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience (required)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years experience in HR
- Bachelor’s degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solver with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working in a high-growth company and the ability to adapt to ongoing change
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance multiple assignments
- Excellent technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Knowledge of HR best practices, systems, and protocols

- Willingness to work on weekends on a consistent weekly basis

Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing veterinary hospital network across the MidAtlantic and Southcentral Regions. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner and consultant to our Regional Managers and local hospital leadership teams, driving people strategies that align with operational goals, enhance culture, and enable exceptional patient care. Your role is primarily responsible for leading talent and performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and HR process optimization workstreams across the Alliance network of practices and for our Central Support Team. You will report directly to the HR Director and will work and collaborate closely with other members of the HR Leadership Team and in close partnership with the Regional Directors, Regional VP’s and Regional Managers. This role is a remote, U.S.-based position but will require some travel to both our Home Office in Rye Brook, NY and to our partner practices across the U.S. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a strong HR generalist background, business acumen, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of the veterinary industry. This is a remote role based in the US. Must be within CST/EST time zone. Key Responsibilities - Provide guidance and coaching on HR-related matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement. - Build strong working relationships with regional operations leaders and Central Support employees. - Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with recruiting partners. - Lead and support investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes while maintaining a fair and consistent approach. - Monitor HR metrics (turnover, engagement, retention) and use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Lead and support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and systems. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across assigned region. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required); HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred. - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-site HRBP or regional HR role. - Experience working in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or other clinical environments strongly preferred. - Proven ability to build relationships with leaders and employees at all levels. - Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. - High degree of emotional intelligence, empathy, and adaptability. - Ability to work independently, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
