Role Description Für den Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms in Norddeutschland suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung im telefonischen Vertrieb mit Fokus auf Hausverwaltungen. - Du kontaktierst Hausverwaltungen in Norddeutschland telefonisch per Cold- und Warm-Call-Outreach. - Du identifizierst passende Ansprechpartner:innen und baust telefonisch die ersten Kundenbeziehungen und Interesse auf. - Du stellst unsere Leistungen verständlich und überzeugend vor, insbesondere im Bereich Winterdienst und Immobilienservice. - Du dokumentierst Gespräche und pflegst relevante Informationen sauber nach. - Du vereinbarst die nächsten Schritte und leitest dann konkrete Verkaufschancen an das Team weiter. - Du unterstützt dabei, neue Kundenpotenziale systematisch zu erschließen. Qualifications - Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb, idealerweise 2 Jahre oder mehr. - Du kommunizierst sicher, verbindlich und überzeugend am Telefon. - Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau. - Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich im Remote-Setup. - Du hast Freude an aktiver Ansprache, individueller Zielerreichung und messbaren Vertriebserfolgen. - Du kannst bereits Sales-Erfolge aus anderen Projekten nachweisen. Requirements - Erfahrung im Vertrieb im Immobiliensektor, insbesondere mit Hausverwaltungen, Facility Management oder immobiliennahen Dienstleistungen. - Verständnis für saisonale offline-Dienstleistungen wie Winterdienst. - Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit einfachen CRM-Tools. - Erfahrung mit strukturierter Lead-Dokumentation.
