• Perform initial contact with leads received through the CRM; • Make initial contact via WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital channels; • Qualify leads and identify potential for engagement; • Understand the client's profile and needs; • Schedule strategic meetings for the closing team; • Warm up and prepare leads for the closer; • Transfer qualified opportunities to the team responsible for closing; • Enter and update systems with lead information; • Follow up on ongoing contacts; • Meet qualification and scheduling targets; • Attend commercial meetings and strategic alignments; • Contribute to improvements in commercial processes and the sales funnel.
• Work on civil enforcement proceedings, with a focus on defending the debtor; • Draft procedural documents, such as objections to enforcement (embargos à execução), exceptions of pre-executivity (exceção de pré-executividade), challenges, interlocutory petitions and appeals; • Case analysis to identify nullities, defects and opportunities for defense; • Monitoring deadlines and case activity; • Updating and maintaining legal systems; • Support in organizing documents and managing case files; • Follow legal routines with a focus on productivity and standardization.
