Role Description We are currently seeking an Educational Sales Consultant to join our South & West Regional Sales Team, covering the sales territory that includes Northern California and Hawaii. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual based in this sales territory to build relationships with schools and districts, helping bring hands-on learning solutions to educators and students. - Deploy solution selling skills to prospect new business, acquire new customers across all disciplines, effectively manage the assigned territory - making sales calls and closing sales. - Acquire and maintain trusted partner relationships in key accounts and identify/build new contacts in those accounts to grow revenue and acquire new customers in the assigned territory. - Team sell with Regional Full Time Consultants, Per Diem Consultants, Marketing and Product Development colleagues as needed. - Plan a wide variety of sales awareness events to create h2m brand awareness and generate leads across the assigned sales territory. - Attend all the necessary Conferences and Exhibits with your sales territory across all markets. - Use the CRM platform to maintain and update territory contacts, record sales calls, opportunities and sales activity, and effectively manage a sales pipeline of business. - Act as the company liaison; build the company brand in the territory and independently work in the field to establish and build high quality and lasting relationships with our customer base and partners. - Lead and maintain all communications with customers to uncover territory needs and opportunities. Conduct face to face or virtual sales presentations and provide follow up/post sale product training as necessary. - Leverage prior teaching or sales experience to develop new ideas and sales strategies. - Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development and Sales Management to create h2m brand awareness in the field. - Develop a business plan from January thru the end of June – and another business plan for July thru December. - Be a collaborative teammate to all members in the company. Qualifications - College Degree required - Elementary classroom teaching or administrative experience very helpful. - Sales experience would be helpful – but willing to hire a teacher/administrator seeking a new experience. - An individual with a positive mental “can do” attitude and style. - A self-starter with a “sales hunter” mindset. - A collaborative team player. Requirements - Develop a comprehensive territory plan within six weeks, outlining key customers, quarterly objectives, and a detailed action plan for key accounts. - Implement innovative sales techniques to achieve or surpass the assigned annual quota, while consistently conducting monthly sales discovery meetings with new decision-makers in identified growth areas. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads and opportunities across public and private school districts, focusing on math, literacy, and STEM solutions in order to achieve or exceed assigned quota by end of year. - Utilize SalesHub tools to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and provide insights to improve sales strategies and meet territory objectives daily. - Attend tradeshows, conferences, and sales presentations within assigned territory on an as needed basis, reaching up to 70% travel time. Benefits - Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000 plus commissions – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set and location. - Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits.

Role Description This position is responsible for identifying deficiencies within existing customer accounts, which have been identified by field inspectors or other documentation. They are responsible for promoting and selling products/services to correct these deficiencies while providing excellent customer service and completing turnovers in a timely manner.
