Role Description Benecard is seeking a Director of Sales to grow our fixed-rate, guaranteed-cost products across Eastern Pennsylvania. In this territory-based role, you’ll partner with brokers, consultants, and plan sponsors to drive new business and expand market presence. - Execute a territory sales strategy to meet and exceed goals for fixed-rate and guaranteed-cost offerings - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision-makers - Educate partners on Benecard’s guaranteed-cost model and articulate competitive advantages - Develop and deliver targeted sales presentations aligned to client needs - Manage the full sales cycle, including RFPs, proposals, and proof proposals - Monitor market and regulatory trends and share insights internally and externally - Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all sales activity - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences Qualifications - Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or a related field - Strong broker and consultant relationships and channel expertise - Active Pennsylvania State Health Insurance License (required) - Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills - Ability to work independently in a remote, travel-intensive role Benefits - Competitive salary + Commission - Vacation and Sick/Personal Time - Medical Insurance - Hearing Program Discount - Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance - Life Insurance - Flexible Spending Account - 401(k) plus company match - Employee Referral Program - Employee Recognition - Tuition Reimbursement - Professional Development Training Company Description Benecard Services, LLC has been administering carve-out, fixed rate insured prescription drug benefit programs since 1990.
