Senior Associate, Sales Strategy & Operations
Slice
• Support annual and quarterly planning processes with sales leadership, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting • Analyze sales performance trends and surface opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, and revenue growth • Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and reports to track pipeline health, attainment, and key KPIs • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market analyses • Support the optimization of sales processes across the funnel (lead → opportunity → close) • Maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity; ensure accurate reporting and consistent usage • Assist in cross-functional efforts to implement and optimize tools, workflows, and automations • Support deal execution across approvals, discount analysis, and deal desk activities • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams on operational needs • Help translate leadership goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes • Contribute to sales enablement initiatives, including documentation, playbooks, and training materials • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements • Support strategic analyses and special projects in support of leadership priorities.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using AI tools
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- SQL or data querying experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Role Description The purpose of this position is to manage the company’s field inventory including instruments, implants, disposables for the Southeast region. Performs preoperative and postoperative equipment management and is responsible for tracking, replenishing, and inspection of surgical sets and inventory.
