Role Description We are seeking an AI Solution Architect to define, design, and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade AI and generative AI solutions. This role bridges business strategy, solution architecture, and advanced AI technologies to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. The role will be remote. - Lead end-to-end architecture of AI and generative AI solutions from use-case definition through production - Design cloud-native AI architectures leveraging modern data, ML, and LLM platforms - Define reference architectures, patterns, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption - Evaluate and select AI platforms, foundation models, and tools based on value, risk, and cost considerations - Partner with business and executive stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities - Translate business requirements into clear solution designs, trade-offs, and roadmaps - Architect AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and AWS SageMaker - Ensure alignment with cloud governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards - Provide architectural oversight, design reviews, and mentorship to delivery teams - Embed responsible AI, risk management, monitoring, and lifecycle practices into designs Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical roles, including 4+ years delivering AI/ML solutions - Strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and LLM-based architectures - Proven experience architecting AI solutions on AWS, including AWS SageMaker and AWS Bedrock - Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems - Ability to balance technical depth with business, risk, and regulatory considerations Preferred Qualifications - Experience with LLM platforms, RAG architectures, and AI agent systems - Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI lifecycle management - Experience in regulated or enterprise environments - Consulting or client-facing solution architecture experience Compensation (Ontario) The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, location, and relevant certifications. Final compensation will be determined according to the specific circumstances of each candidate. Estimated salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
