• Own the Post Production Pipeline • Lead the Editing Team & Freelance Flexforce • Define What Great B2B Video Looks Like • Post Production Coordination - Own the Master Production Workflow — tracking every active project through intake, edit, review, revision, and delivery across a high-volume client roster • Build and enforce file structure, naming conventions, and archiving standards across all productions • Serve as the post-production point of contact for producers — translating project needs into clear editorial direction • Assign, direct, and give meaningful creative feedback to internal editors and a curated bench of freelance editors across simultaneous productions • Set and uphold editorial standards — polished timelines, clean sequencing, proper pacing, and airtight asset delivery • Review and quality-check edits before they reach clients — your sign-off means it's ready • Identify gaps in the freelance bench and help source, evaluate, and onboard new freelance talent when needed • Contribute to editor development — share technique, give directed notes, and help build a team that raises its own ceiling • Edit across Sweet Fish's full video type roster: brand films, commercial spots, thought leadership videos, testimonials, case studies, social shorts, podcast video, product demos, event recaps, and even AI social content • Drive storytelling decisions — structure narratives that are emotionally resonant, not just informationally competent • Lead motion graphics involvement: create or art-direct graphic assets, lower thirds, kinetic type, and branded visual elements that feel intentional, not templated • Push client work creatively — bring visual references, push edits past the first cut, and advocate for the version that's actually good • Help develop and document Sweet Fish's editorial style standards as we expand into new video formats and categories.
• You’ll help build and evolve the visual identity of multiple B2B shows, ensuring strong brand positioning, scalable design systems, and high-performing episode packaging. • Building full brand identity systems for new podcast launches (logo, typography, color systems, cover art, visual direction) • Refreshing existing podcast brands to improve relevance, positioning, and consistency • Designing YouTube thumbnails that are performance-minded, CTR-aware, and built within scalable systems • Creating moodboards and visual exploration decks for new show concepts and brand pitches • Partnering with producers and strategists to align visual direction with show positioning and audience goals • Building repeatable visual systems that scale across dozens of episodes without losing brand consistency • Using AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney, Photoshop, etc.) to improve speed, ideation, and production quality
• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring strong creative execution, smooth workflows, and a confident client experience from idea to delivery. • Turn show strategy into episode plans, outlines, and creative direction • Manage timelines, deliverables, and production workflows • Coordinate editors, designers, and internal teams • Ensure content ships on time and at a high standard • Act as the day-to-day client contact • Clearly explain what we’re doing and why • Lead conversations with confidence and structure • Align clients on timelines, deliverables, and creative direction • Proactively flag risks, gaps, or opportunities • Contribute to Creative Develop episode topics, formats, and angles • Contribute ideas for Shorts, social formats, and packaging • Improve hooks, segments, and overall content quality • Help build repeatable, scalable content systems
• Own strategy, client health, and growth across ~15–20 B2B accounts • Lead client calls, presentations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) • Act as the strategic advisor to senior marketing stakeholders • Audit clients’ full video and content ecosystem (site, ads, social, sales, events) • Identify gaps, opportunities, and competitive advantages • Build clear video strategies tied to funnel stages, campaigns, and business goals • Translate strategy into creative direction the team can execute • Own client retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) • Identify upsell opportunities and guide clients toward higher-impact initiatives • Ensure video is effectively distributed, repurposed, and integrated into campaigns • Continuously analyze performance and iterate strategy based on results • Tie video efforts to pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact
