Product Designer

FERASET

• Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile and web products from idea to polished UI • Create clean, modern, and highly functional user interfaces in Figma • Bring strong UX perspectives to product discussions and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers • Move fast: build, test, iterate and polish every detail with a strong aesthetic eye • Own your work: you’ll manage your own time, tasks, and creative direction • Keep up with design trends, UX best practices, and new tools in the AI product space

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile product design
  • A strong portfolio that reflects aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, strong UX thinking, and solid problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of iOS and Android design standards, including Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design principles; ability to translate platform-specific user behaviors, interaction patterns, and interface expectations into design decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component structures, prototyping, auto layout, design systems, and developer handoff workflows
  • Experience across the full product design lifecycle, including wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity screens, interactive prototypes, and developer delivery processes
  • Experience with motion tools such as Rive or Lottie, with a solid grasp of micro-interactions and product animations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex user flows into clear, intuitive, and seamless experiences
  • Ability to take full ownership of the design process, act proactively when needed, make informed decisions, and independently drive projects forward
  • Capable of contributing original ideas around UX flows, usability, and overall product experience, and able to clearly justify design decisions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams while articulating ideas clearly and effectively
  • Highly curious about new technologies, with hands-on experience using AI tools in design or product workflows, or a strong interest in building in this space
  • Nice to have: Basic experience in motion design, video editing, or visual storytelling

This Product Designer III leads, mentors, guides, and contributes to the User Experience discipline across all IT development teams. At this career level, the incumbent generally applies analytical as well as creative ideas to a design engagement independently or participates as a team member for major, complex, or international initiatives. He or she may coach and oversee the work of other architects. What will you do? - Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
