UX/UI Designer
LeadVenture™
• Consult with clients to understand website goals, user needs, and business objectives • Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups • Create high-quality website designs and prototypes based on client requirements • Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs efficiently • Apply UX/UI best practices and current design trends to all work • Design and support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and user experience • Leverage data and analytics insights to inform design decisions • Communicate progress and updates to Project Managers (Launch Specialists) • Collaborate with Front-End Development to ensure accurate implementation of designs • Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and team members • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Job Requirements
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user flows, and interaction design
- Experience working on client-facing projects or strong customer communication skills
- Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly (visual storytelling)
- Ability to interpret and apply data (e.g., A/B testing results, heatmaps, and analytics) to inform design decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities quickly
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
