IT Sales Manager – New Business, Hunter, New Customer Acquisition

• Full responsibility for new customer acquisition: acquiring new customers via phone, email and LinkedIn through to contract signing. • Daily outbound activity: systematic prospecting, appointment setting, qualification and handover to the project team. • Pipeline management in the CRM: forecasting, deal tracking and clean handover to delivery. • Close collaboration with the SDR and marketing teams — leads are supplementary, not sufficient; your focus remains new business. • Continuous market and competitor monitoring and development of new acquisition strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition in B2B sales (ideal: IT/software/cloud).
- Confidence and enjoyment in cold outreach: cold calling, outreach campaigns, social selling.
- Results-oriented working style and high self-motivation.
- Proficient use of CRM systems.
- Business-fluent German (spoken and written); good English is an advantage.
