Senior Area Sales Manager
Owens Corning
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with assigned wholesale accounts, serving as the primary contact for all sales and service needs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategies, resolve issues, and support customer success. • Coordinate and conduct customer sales training and door shop training on Masonite and Endura brands. • Perform field service and repairs with a strong emphasis on training customer service and sales teams for future independence. • Continuously pursue self-development and lead coordinated group education on Owens Corning Door products and applications. • Train customers and dealers on new and existing products and systems to strengthen advisory relationships and support long-term growth. • Drive revenue performance and accountability within the assigned territory: Direct Revenue Responsibility: $33–43 million Indirect Impact/Influence: $5 million • Act as an individual contributor who proactively solves problems, executes plans, and follows through on commitments. • Demonstrate passion for selling, relationship building, and customer training while representing and strengthening both personal and company brands. • Develop strategic account plans and consistently execute against them. • Communicate effectively with customers and internal partners, responding in a timely and professional manner. • Earn customer trust through integrity, humility, and a strong understanding of customer needs. • Continuously improve performance and contribute positively as a team player and strategic thinker.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience (industry experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
- Proven ability to manage relationships, train customers, and drive revenue growth
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
