Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- For Associate Director level: a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- For Program Analyst level: a minimum of two years of relevant experience in international development, education, or nonprofit sectors.
- Familiarity with the science of reading and structured pedagogy approaches.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
