Role Description Responsible for being the primary liaison between the Bank and the customer while directing cross-functional resources dedicated to opening commercial DDA accounts. The Commercial Client Onboarding Specialist communicates directly with clients and works as the liaison between the client and our internal teams for all matters relating to account/service on-boarding. - Provide all commercial DDA clients with high-touch, value added support. - Ensure all documentation requirements for Deposits and Treasury Management have been met. - Have a strong customer-centric focus and provide high-quality customer service. - Set clear expectations with clients. - Follow policies and procedures as defined. - Achieve results by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks. - Anticipate situations to ensure an exceptional client experience. - Communicate quickly and adapt to complex situations while utilizing bank resources. - Leverage necessary business partners when needed. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. - 3-5 years banking experience required including Commercial Bank experience. - Minimum 3 years demonstrated client service experience required (phone and face to face). - Demonstrated experience supporting multiple lines of business, verticals, and all segments of an organization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Ability to filter and analyze information to facilitate decision making. - Ability to cope with complexity and adapt to new circumstances. - Strong organizational skills. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products. Requirements - Effectively prioritize work efforts to meet client deadlines. - Utilize internal systems to collect information and prepare documentation. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding activities. - Ensure client satisfaction through partnership with the Commercial Payments Sales Team. - Set and manage client expectations through clear communication. - Provide advice, guidance, and insight to support the relationship. - Exhibit innovative behaviors that support relevant and practical solutions to clients. Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel - Automation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and implementation process for new agency clients. In this role, you will own the setup and execution of GoHighLevel systems including: - Pipelines - Automations - Funnels - Landing pages - Integrations - CRM workflows You will play a critical role in helping clients launch scalable lead generation systems and automated follow-up processes that support growth and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who enjoys creating streamlined systems, solving technical challenges, and delivering polished client experiences. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, experienced with GoHighLevel, confident communicating with clients, and capable of managing multiple builds simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities - Build and configure complete GoHighLevel accounts from scratch. - Create pipelines, opportunity stages, custom fields, tags, workflows, and automations. - Build SMS and email nurture sequences including speed-to-lead and missed-call text-back automations. - Set up funnels, forms, calendars, integrations, and lead routing systems. - Build mobile-responsive, conversion-focused landing pages inside GoHighLevel. - Configure tracking, thank-you pages, forms, and confirmation flows. - Ensure all automations, pipelines, and integrations are fully tested and functioning correctly. - Connect third-party tools and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make when required. - Assist with Meta ad account setup, tracking systems, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API implementation. - QA all systems before launch to ensure clean execution and accurate lead tracking. - Lead kickoff and implementation calls with clients. - Gather project requirements, set expectations, and communicate project progress clearly. - Walk clients through completed builds and support them during launch. - Document completed systems and ensure smooth handoff processes.
