Onboarding Specialist

MediaRadar, Inc.

• Own the client relationship from the point of sale through Customer Success handoff (first 90 days). • Lead client kickoff calls, product trainings, chairsides, 30- and 60-day adoption calls, and partnership reviews. • Develop a deep understanding of publishers’ business needs and align MediaRadar’s platform with their goals. • Support clients in defining success milestones and achieving value with a high-touch, hands-on approach that builds confidence and independence. • Monitor client usage, proactively identify disengaged accounts or users, and drive re-engagement efforts. • Provide educational materials and best practices to help clients maximize outcomes. • Track and manage all onboarding activities in Salesforce. • Update onboarding status, oversee client setup, and accurately log client goals, use cases, and interactions. • Confirm client satisfaction and adoption at the end of the onboarding process. • Seamlessly transition the partnership over to the account team with full context and documentation. • Run point on centralized segment outreach initiatives and collaborate with client partners towards targeted customer engagement

Job Requirements

  • Experience in client-facing or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS, advertising, or media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and MS Office/Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with digital media, publishing, or advertising technology is a plus.

Role Description Develop and cultivate productive relationships with providers, retail chains, strategic partners and their staff. Primary duties include: - Drafting provider contract agreements and amendments. - Letter of Agreement negotiation and analyses. - Contract terminations. - Contract file integrity in contract management system. - Ancillary grid maintenance. - Contributing to operational implementation of all provider agreements.
