• Deliver engaging and informative live onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a positive start to their Level Access journey. • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (Skilljar), including setup, user access, reporting, and administration of role-specific learning paths. • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline onboarding processes and resolve inquiries promptly. • Leverage AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, to enhance efficiency in content management and learning delivery. • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring onboarding resources are accurate and accessible. • Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve programs and resources. • Support the development and implementation of scalable onboarding processes that align with organizational goals. • Ensure consistency in messaging and accessibility standards across all onboarding content and communication.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or related learning functions.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Skilljar preferred), including setup and administration of structured learning paths.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering live sessions to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Confluence and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate a matrixed organization.
