Role Description We invite a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help develop new components within a large-scale fintech data platform in the private markets domain. In this role, you’ll lead a team focused on integrating platform components with blockchain layers, working across a complex, multi-system environment. - Work on a new component within an established fintech platform with 20+ internal services and 15+ external integrations - Work with blockchain systems and smart contract integrations in real-world applications - Lead technical decisions and guide a team of engineers in building complex systems end-to-end Qualifications - 5+ years of backend development experience, with Python as the primary language - Strong software engineering background in Node.js with TypeScript, with ability and motivation to work deeply in Python services - Proven experience building production AI/LLM applications, including multi-agent workflows and orchestration patterns - Strong understanding of AI framework selection and practical trade-offs (LangGraph and related ecosystem tools are a strong advantage) - Experience developing and operating microservices with multiple internal and external integrations - Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments (Docker) - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent) - Experience with event-driven architectures, preferably including event sourcing patterns - Strong experience with PostgreSQL and practical knowledge of Redis, MongoDB, and Weaviate - Solid understanding of software architecture and system design in distributed environments - Strong focus on clean, maintainable code and automated testing - Experience producing technical documentation, including C4 and UML artifacts - Experience as a Technical/Team Lead with end-to-end ownership of delivery and technical decisions - Hands-on expertise with AI software development tools (for example Cursor and Claude Code), including ability to guide team adoption and maintain quality at high delivery speed - Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-changing environments with high ambiguity Requirements - Experience with LangChain, MCP tooling, and integration-oriented agent architecture - Familiarity with RAG patterns and modern vector database solutions - Experience designing AI agents for data validation, enrichment, surveillance, and workflow automation - Experience with AWS and Azure, and practical cloud-agnostic architecture design - Experience designing solutions that can be deployed in private cloud environments - Background in fintech, data platforms, or private markets domains - Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (L1/L2 concepts) to support cross-team integration via abstraction layers (MCP/REST APIs) rather than direct chain development Key Responsibilities - Lead a team building integrations across platform components and blockchain layers - Lead design and development of backend services and integrations across platform components - Drive integration efforts between platform components and blockchain layers - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions - Guide the team on implementation, quality, and engineering best practices - Ensure alignment across services in a highly integrated environment - Contribute to system design, technical documentation, and diagrams - Ensure code quality and reliability through testing and continuous improvements - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across distributed systems and integrations Benefits - 30 paid days off per year — take them whenever you want for vacation, holidays, or personal time - 5 paid sick days, up to 60 days of medical leave, and 6 paid days off per year for major family events like weddings, funerals, or the birth of a child - Partially covered health insurance after the probation, plus a wellness bonus for gym memberships, sports nutrition, and similar needs after 6 months - Grow your skills with English lessons, online training, conferences, and the option to explore new career paths

• Own the end-to-end backend architecture: event-driven core, Postgres partitioning, durable eventing patterns, multi-tenant scale • Design APIs, microservice boundaries, and service contracts for a high-throughput, multi-tenant platform • Build the AI integration surface: foundation for RAG, async classification, and other AI use cases • Drive technical phasing across multiple product phases (foundations → review workflows → external delivery → search/AI → migration) • Partner with platform architects to align with company-wide standards (eventing, observability, deploy) • Lead a team of 4–5 engineers technically — design reviews, code reviews, raising the engineering bar • Groom and mentor junior engineers — pair on hard problems, run learning sessions, give actionable feedback, and create a clear path for them to grow into senior engineers • Own production health — SLOs, runbooks, incident postmortems.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner technical teams at multiple levels, understanding their capabilities, goals, and public-sector focus. • Align and execute the technical aspects of joint business and partner development plans. • Develop and position joint solutions leveraging NetApp products and services to address FED and SLED use cases. • Deliver NDA and enablement content; support partner participation in conferences, briefings, and public-sector events. • Promote partner technical capabilities within NetApp, aligned to NetApp product and solution priorities. • Enable and activate partner sales and technical teams with the latest NetApp solutions, architectures, and messaging. • Coordinate partner technical enablement plans, including certifications, competencies, and readiness for public-sector opportunities. • Maintain strong relationships with NetApp technical leadership, Solutions Architects, and subject matter experts. • Support partners in identifying and qualifying NetApp opportunities within Federal and SLED accounts. • Assist NetApp sellers in identifying and positioning partner offerings as part of integrated account strategies. • Contribute to pipeline generation activities focused on partner originated and partner influenced pipeline. • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new collaborative opportunities with partners. • Facilitate joint account mapping, pursuit planning, and technical strategy sessions between NetApp and partner teams. • Support partners through complex, long-cycle public-sector sales motions, transferring knowledge and technical expertise as needed. • Help drive incremental partner influenced bookings across land and expand opportunities.

• Build and maintain admin panels using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. • Integrate platform services with backend microservices, mainly using Go. • Design technical solutions for complex product and platform workflows, then own their implementation end to end. • Work closely with engineers, product managers, content teams, and other stakeholders to understand their workflows and build effective tools. • Work with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring. • Use AI tools actively in day-to-day development and explore AI-assisted workflows where they create real value.
