Senior Full-Stack Engineer

• Build and maintain admin panels using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. • Integrate platform services with backend microservices, mainly using Go. • Design technical solutions for complex product and platform workflows, then own their implementation end to end. • Work closely with engineers, product managers, content teams, and other stakeholders to understand their workflows and build effective tools. • Work with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring. • Use AI tools actively in day-to-day development and explore AI-assisted workflows where they create real value.

Job Requirements

  • Senior or Senior+ full-stack engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Strong backend engineering experience in Go or another backend language, with willingness to get productive in Go quickly.
  • Good understanding of API design, databases, and distributed systems basics.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, clarify requirements, and turn business/product context into technical solutions.
  • Product thinking: you care not only about implementation, but also about the workflow and users behind it.
  • Practical experience using AI coding tools in everyday development.
  • Nice to have: Experience with CMS, content platforms, admin panels, or internal tools.
  • Experience with S3, CDN, or media asset workflows.
  • Experience building AI-assisted tools or integrations.
  • Interest in UI/UX and building internal tools that are not only functional, but clear and pleasant to use.
