• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence. • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills, performance, and productivity. • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, fostering strong relationships to grow the customer base. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction. • Manage key accounts and participate in high-level negotiations and closing deals. • Analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, recommending strategies to improve sales performance. • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to keep GoGlobal competitive and relevant. • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, with proven success in EOR, HR tech, or corporate services industries (experience in both is ideal).
  • Strong track record of individual and team quota attainment, with the ability to both strategize and execute.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, client expectations, and commercial trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, top-of-funnel development, and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot).
  • Established partner network within the HR, payroll, or global mobility ecosystem.
  • Experience working in or managing remote-first, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Willingness to travel to support team development, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
