• Complex data structures are your specialty. • You analyze datasets and dependencies using SQL queries. • In collaboration with product teams and customers, you specify mapping logic for data transformation. • You define test scenarios to verify the integrity and quality of migrated data throughout the entire process. • You bring your findings from error analysis to the team so solutions can be developed together. • You create KPI dashboards and reports and present them to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Completed degree in (business) informatics or business administration with an IT component (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Several years of practical experience in data analysis using SQL queries
  • Analytical thinking to understand complex relationships and present them clearly
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey topics appropriately to different audiences
  • Confident presence, persuasiveness and perseverance in implementing solutions
  • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and English

Role Description You will be part of the high performing finance team that is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Direct and Indirect Tax compliances for the global entities. Role Description In this client facing role, you will provide data-driven guidance to external clients by analyzing benefits plan data, global market trends, and regulatory developments to improve plan performance and manage cost risk. You will partner with sales and service teams to identify clinical, financial, and utilization trends and deliver actionable strategies to clients. This role offers the ability to leverage your technical capabilities in a client facing capacity. The position can be fully remote/virtual/work from home with some infrequent travel.
