BI Data Analyst

• Service client requests for reporting across marketing and sales programs, including KPI, executive metrics, and CRTC-mandated metrics. • Develop and maintain self-service dashboards focused on telecommunication metrics (e.g., ARPU, churn, subscriber growth, and network usage). • Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle trends including acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities. • Translate complex business questions from leadership, product, and marketing teams into clear, data-driven insights. • Gather, ingest, and map data from various sources to expand insight opportunities. • Contribute to the development of automation and AI technologies for enhanced reporting capabilities.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of SQL programming (Required for data extraction and manipulation [SAS, SQL, Oracle, Teradata])
- 1-2 years of experience with Data Visualization & Storytelling (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy)
- 1-2 years of experience in Data Modeling and analysis.
- 1-2 years of experience in Excel (Pivot tables, Power Query, formulas)
- Bachelor's degree or better in Information Tech - IT or related field
