Role Description You will join the Trinetix Presale Team and work with Sales and Delivery to prepare compelling, competitive proposals for our potential clients. As a Presale Consultant, you will lead early-stage conversations with our potential clients to identify business needs, propose high-level solution concepts, and turn them into detailed technical proposals, working with the Trinetix architects, technology, and delivery experts. You will take part in building an AI-augmented Presale Function together with Trinetix presale and technology experts. Your key responsibility will be understanding the client’s business needs and making sure it is properly reflected in the proposed solution. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in the IT sector - Strong background as a technical business consultant or senior business analyst with experience in various business domains - Proven consulting experience, ideally in client-facing roles or engagements - Facilitating client workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews - Ability to drive the client through the ideation process - Deep understanding of business analysis and product management - High-level knowledge in solution architecture, UX/UI design, and associated software engineering practices - Experience working with architects/engineering teams - Understanding presales specifics (time limitations and ambiguity) - Experience with non-formal, highly interactive presales and formal RFP responses - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the USA and/or Europe - Experience in presenting proposals and facilitating client calls with VP- and CxO-level client stakeholders - Hands-on experience with document/presentation development tools (e.g. MS Word/Google Docs; MS PowerPoint/Google Slides) - Advanced level of English or higher Requirements - Experience using AI tools within the presales cycle (nice-to-have) - Healthcare and Telecom domains would be a plus (nice-to-have) Responsibilities - Participate in the presale process and act as the key client’s proxy in terms of business requirements. - Engage with potential clients at an early stage of the presale process to clarify business needs, priorities, and requirements. - Translate the client’s business needs into solution vision, backlog, and other requirements documents. - Work together with architects and UX experts to produce architecture vision, prototypes, and POCs. - Facilitate estimation sessions, documenting assumptions and converting them into accurate effort estimations. - Contribute to the development of presale documents (proposals, presentations, financial models). - Participate in proposal presentation meetings, being the main presenter for the business needs/solution parts of the proposal. - Balance the interests of internal stakeholders (primarily Sales and Delivery) to ensure competitive proposals without risky over-commitments. - Participate in the Presale Function transformation initiatives (development of templates and practices, etc.). Role Description The Senior Consultant – Extended Workforce Advisory is a consulting-led, client-facing role responsible for advising organizations on Extended Workforce strategy, operating model design, and program optimization. This role focuses on discovery, assessment, and future-state design rather than hands-on technology configuration or program execution.
