• Work autonomously with a self-driven approach to owning and delivering mobile features end-to-end • Understand complex business and technical requirements, make informed trade-offs, and communicate clear solutions • Research and propose technical alternatives that best fit within client constraints and goals • Apply Android (Kotlin/Compose) technologies to build high-quality mobile experiences and, where appropriate, contribute to cross-platform mobile strategies, including Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) initiatives • Collaborate closely with other developers, designers, analysts and QA engineers in a highly cross-functional environment • Implement and advocate continuous delivery best practices to accelerate feature delivery • Apply testing best practices (unit tests, UI tests) to ensure code quality and maintainability • Mentor and guide less experienced engineers within Fabric and our clients’ teams • Advise our clients on mobile architecture, design patterns, libraries, and platform-specific best practices • Be an ambassador of Fabric’s values and engineering standards • Participate in hiring activities for mobile roles when required • Contribute thought leadership content for our marketing and community meetups

• Consultative Ownership: Work with autonomy to own problems and deliver solutions, acting as a bridge between development and operations. • Observability Architecture: Design and implement robust monitoring solutions using the LGTM stack to ensure system health and performance. • Reliability Strategy: Advise clients on defining meaningful SLOs/SLIs and managing error budgets to balance innovation with stability. • AI Assistance: Drive use of AI Agents or AI tools for intelligent automation and improving operational efficiency. • Incident Leadership: Lead post-incident reviews (Blameless Post-Mortems) to identify systemic improvements and reduce future toil. • Mentorship: Coach less experienced engineers within Fabric and our client teams on SRE principles and modern infrastructure patterns. • Advising our clients on the right technical decisions and advocating for the right practices to use. • Participate in interviewing and recruitment based on business needs. • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the SRE community through blog posts, meetups, or internal knowledge sharing. • Operational Support & Availability: Rotational Support Coverage: Participate in a sustainable team rotation to provide extended service coverage (including weekends) for business-critical systems. • Incident Response: Act as a primary responder for high-priority (P1/P2) incidents during your rostered shift, focusing on rapid restoration and clear stakeholder communication.

• Mentoring (Delivery team) • Champion best practices in agile software delivery • Internal development of BA/PM capability within Fabric • Primary focus on the BA role • Manage Product/Delivery engagement • Hands-on as a senior BA in engagements where depth of experience is required • A thorough understanding of agility and iterative delivery of complex software products • Help coach-client product owner in their day to day activities (Prioritisation, Stakeholder management, etc) • Help Elicit and capture requirements • Work with delivery teams to constantly groom the backlog in a value focused manner • Provide deep experience and trusted advice to our clients in the areas of business analysis, product ownership and agile delivery management • Take an active role on Fabric Discovery engagements (Ideation/POC/Discovery) • Participate in interviewing and recruitment • Collaborate and contribute to the Fabric business strategy and execution • Take an active role in discovery & inception sessions • Develop delivery plans, project estimates and statements of work for delivery engagements • Balance our client’s business goals with customer needs and pains, market fit and technical feasibility • Prioritise workload to meet agreed timeframes • Be highly communicative and collaborative – be able to clearly communicate your ideas to everyone • Become a trusted advisor to our customer • Support QA work on project if necessary

• Develop and implement automation test framework for web, API, and mobile applications that seamlessly integrates with CI pipelines. • Conduct various types of testing including manual testing, API testing, database testing, and performance testing. • Manage the entire defect lifecycle, from identification and tracking to resolution. • Also, handle test data management to ensure accurate and effective testing. • Take the lead in overseeing the QE process for the project, collaborating with other team members to ensure quality standards are met. • Create reports on different QE metrics, providing insights and analysis on testing activities to stakeholders. • Act as an ambassador for Fabric, promoting our values and best practices for building high-quality software. • Participate in recruitment efforts and engage in community activities to contribute to the growth and development of Fabric. • Generate thought leadership content relevant to your role to support our marketing department in social media activities and meetups.
