• You carry out design and sizing studies for new projects or renewals of railway telecommunication installations in wired or radio modes and low-current systems: CCTV (video surveillance), access control, timing/chronometry, dynamic passenger information displays, ticketing (fare collection), maintenance support systems, etc. • Preparation of technical dossiers at the preliminary study / feasibility and project stages • Site visit reports • Technical specifications for contractors • Financial estimates and project costing • Technical and financial reporting of your assignments • You participate in technical workshops and client meetings where you report on project progress and operation scheduling

• Ensure management of S&A QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) for assigned projects • Manage the S&A workload and the effective utilization of S&A designers • Manage subcontracting mandates (definition, monitoring, validation) • Create, modify, and review electrical schematics • Establish processes, methods, and tools related to these activities • Provide technical leadership by being methodical and proactive • Ensure adherence to schedules and the quality of deliverables • Drive continuous improvement and manage lessons learned (REX) from previous projects • Develop and strengthen S&A technical skills within the team • Ensure compliance with industry standards in a rail environment (health and safety, ergonomics, quality, lean manufacturing, etc.)

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on data ingestion, governance, and best practices • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, developing solutions that align with their objectives • Build custom integrations and resolve technical issues during customer onboarding

• Design, implement, and operate the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) • Establish and operate a consistent threat modeling practice for new and high-risk applications • Own the end-to-end application vulnerability management lifecycle • Implement and operate automated application security testing within CI/CD pipelines • Plan and manage application security assessments, penetration tests, and adversarial exercises
