Business Development Manager – GPU, Neo-Cloud Sales

Impossible Cloud

• Run sustained high-volume outbound targeting AI startups, model labs, and enterprise AI infrastructure buyers & qualify fast - specs, timeline, volume, decision authority. • Maintain pipeline discipline across a large, short-cycle book of business. • Match demand requirements to available GPU inventory and close the deal while the window is open. • Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders (legal, marketing, HW team, etc.) to close the deal fast and effectively. • Own the full commercial close including pricing and margin management. • Represent Impossible Cloud at AI infrastructure events and GPU-focused summits to build market presence.

Job Requirements

  • You are a hunter who gets excited by high hustle, high volume and million dollar deals.
  • SDR or transactional sales background with a track record of hitting targets; full-cycle closing experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable with speed and ambiguity - this market moves fast and you thrive in it.
  • Background in commodity-style or high-velocity sales environments translates well: financial instruments, energy, logistics, aviation, maritime.
  • Basic understanding of the GPU compute landscape is a plus; willingness to learn it fast is required.
  • Early-stage startup experience strongly preferred - we are building the plane in flight.
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
  • Performance-driven; you want your comp tied to what you close.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a critical driver of growth at Kafene, responsible for identifying, signing, and onboarding new retail partners.
