• Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de caza para la adquisición de nuevos clientes y nuevos proyectos de Datos e IA. • Prospectar activamente el mercado (C-level, Líderes de Datos, IT, Negocios) para identificar oportunidades estratégicas. • Liderar el ciclo comercial completo: prospección, diagnóstico consultivo, propuesta, negociación y cierre. • Diseñar propuestas de valor consultativas en colaboración con equipos de Datos, Análisis, Nube e IA. • Liderar procesos de RFI, RFP y Declaraciones de Trabajo (SoW). • Identificar y cuantificar el valor comercial de las soluciones propuestas (casos de negocio). • Coordinar pilotos, PoCs y presentaciones ejecutivas cuando corresponda. • Construir relaciones a largo plazo con tomadores de decisiones clave y partes interesadas. • Colaborar con marketing y socios tecnológicos en estrategias de generación de demanda. • Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas (ingresos, pipeline y cierres).
Job Requirements
- Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía, Sistemas o similar.
- 8+ años de experiencia en ventas consultivas B2B, idealmente en consultoría tecnológica.
- Fuerte experiencia en caza, apertura de mercado y adquisición de nuevos clientes.
- Sólido historial en la venta de proyectos de Datos, como: Plataformas de Datos / Nube, Inteligencia de Negocios y Análisis Avanzado, Gobierno de Datos, IA y ML
- Capacidad para liderar conversaciones ejecutivas y procesos de ventas complejos.
- Orientado a resultados, autonomía y pensamiento estratégico.
- Experiencia en venta de servicios profesionales y modelos de consultoría.
