Job Requirements
- Language Skills: English - advanced is mandatory
- 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or equivalent technical role within payments, fintech, or financial services — with direct experience engaging banks, neobanks, or regulated financial institutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build lasting relationships with large, multi-stakeholder financial organizations
- Experience with integration processes and working with APIs.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders within complex and highly regulated, risk-conscious environments
- Experience in delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
