• Help evolve the SDK product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Alkami’s extensibility goals and broader product strategy. • Own and prioritize the SDK backlog, translating business and technical requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and engineering-ready requirements. • Identify customization and extensibility use cases and determine the tools, environments, workflows, and documentation needed to make development, testing, and deployment easier for customers and partners. • Improve the end-to-end developer experience for a wide range of personas, from business analysts using declarative tools to engineers building advanced custom components. • Partner with API product leaders, admin tooling teams, and internal feature teams so extensibility is delivered as a cohesive platform capability and APIs are easy to consume in SDK-based solutions. • Help lead initiatives that improve self-service onboarding, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and documentation, reducing dependency on Alkami resources and improving customer confidence building on the platform. • Serve as the dedicated PM for Alkami’s SDK engineering team, ensuring effective sprint execution, backlog grooming, and unblocking across geographies and time zones. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, implementation, and partner-facing teams to support launch readiness, adoption, and effective communication of extensibility capabilities. • Help define and monitor KPIs for SDK success, including measures tied to onboarding friction, self-service success, support reduction, adoption, and delivery efficiency. • Stay current on developer platform trends, fintech extensibility patterns, low-code tooling, AI-assisted development, and competitive offerings to help Alkami remain an innovation multiplier for its customers and partners.
