• Lead the definition, design, and development of networking products and CPE devices • Own the product lifecycle from concept through deployment, with strong involvement in technical decision-making • Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications • Work closely with engineering teams on architecture, design trade-offs, and implementation • Collaborate with ISP engineering teams to understand technical requirements and constraints • Define and drive solutions tailored to broadband and CPE environments • Support technical validation, deployment, and troubleshooting when needed • Participate in technical discussions (not sales-led engagements) with partners • Work independently across multiple projects and priorities • Identify technical gaps, propose improvements, and drive innovation • Take ownership of product outcomes, with a strong problem-solving mindset
