Role Description This position will be working 100% Remotely from your home office in India as part of a distributed team in the USA, Canada, Europe, and several locations in India. Working hours should overlap with Central US time zone. Role Description We are looking for a Program Manager, Enterprise AI Adoption to lead the transformation from AI-curious to AI-native at SavvyMoney. Working hours should overlap with Central US time zone. We are growing and looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager. Responsibilities - Program Planning and Coordination: - Collaborate with Engineering teams, Product Owners, and leadership team (such as architects, and other stakeholders) to define program objectives, technical deliverables, and timelines for delivery. - Create and maintain roadmaps for one or several agile teams according to program objectives, including dependency management across multiple layers of the SaaS stack (e.g., application, infrastructure, security, go-to-market, and others). - Optimize delivery strategies while balancing team capacity with product requirements, complex technical requirements, ensuring scalable and secure solutions. - Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery schedules, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and ensuring timely delivery. - Facilitate and support program planning and execution ceremonies for one or several agile teams, contribute to continuous improvement process for program evolution. - Oversee the delivery of program objectives within program increment cycles, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements. - Agile Facilitation and Technical Delivery Management: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews retrospectives) for globally distributed team(s), ensuring effective communication and participation despite time zone differences. - Act as a servant-leader by removing blockers, and ensuring that teams stay focused on delivering high-quality solutions. - Mentor team members to follow and improve Agile practices and drive accountability in remote and distributed environments. - Ensure that teams follow consistent standards for security, performance, and compliance across regions, particularly for fintech applications. - Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates and delivery status, ensuring alignment between engineering, product management, and senior leadership. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment of priorities and expectations, i.e., translate technical details of AWS-based SaaS solutions into business-friendly language for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across borders. - Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical architecture, integrations, and best practices for SaaS solutions. - Ensure that solutions align with AWS best practices for security, cost optimization, and performance by close collaboration with DevSecOps team. - Metrics and Reporting: - Measure team KPIs, define success criteria based on SavvyMoney Agile Delivery Framework. - Create and present reports to leadership and stakeholders, providing transparency into progress, key risks, and technical improvements in a remote working context. - Monitor team performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve throughput and remote collaboration. - Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement in team performance and product delivery/deployment processes. - Collaborate with your peers to continuously improve Delivery Framework standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Able to communicate fluently in English. Requirements - 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects, ideally in SaaS development or deployment on AWS infrastructure within the fintech domain. - Proven experience leading globally distributed, remote teams, including managing time zone challenges and cross-cultural communication. - Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS), and SaaS delivery models. - Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. - Proficient with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). - Experience with SaaS application development, deployment, and scaling on AWS infrastructure. - Familiarity with AWS security, compliance standards (e.g., SOC-II, PCI-DSS), and cost optimization practices. - Background in software development and cloud architecture best practices. - Strong understanding of the regulatory and security requirements in the fintech space, including data privacy and financial regulations. - Proven experience managing remote or globally distributed teams, fostering communication and collaboration across multiple time zones. - Ability to coordinate cross-team activities and deliverables with global stakeholders, adapting to remote work challenges.
