Role Description We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Cabinet Vision Draftsperson / Cabinet Designer to join our team full-time. This role is suited to someone with advanced Cabinet Vision expertise who can confidently manage both the design and technical drafting side of residential and commercial joinery projects. This is not just a drafting role. Many projects begin with inspiration images, empty spaces, or early concepts, so the successful candidate must be confident working directly with clients to develop layouts, selections, and functional joinery solutions before preparing production-ready drawings and CNC outputs. You will work on a variety of projects including: - High-end homes - Duplexes - Medical centres - Shop fit-outs - Hospitals - Large renovation projects Strong English communication is essential, as you will regularly communicate with Australian clients regarding designs, materials, layouts, and shop drawings. We are looking for someone who can work independently, understands Australian joinery standards and workflows, and brings a strong balance of design thinking, technical accuracy, and manufacturing knowledge.
