Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain and teach both formal and on-the-job training for our customers. - Provide technical field support of company products; resolve maintenance and operational issues, and follow through to make sure customers have what they need to stay operational - Aid the customer in troubleshooting procedures for the system and network/communications hardware. - Provide customer demonstrations and support to the business development team. - Interpret technical documents and monitor product performance; analyze technical data and evaluating maintenance procedures. - Provide feedback to Teledyne’s engineers for feature requests and product improvement. - Collaborate with inter-company organizations to isolate equipment problems not detected by diagnostics and standard documentation. - Provide customer service support by responding to all incoming calls and correspondence, basic troubleshooting and redirection (if required).
