Job Description

Intern – Multi-Department, EdTech, Technology, Sales, Marketing & Operations

Sehyog Academy UK

• Provide cross-functional support across multiple departments, including Technology (App/Web Development, AI Tools, Data science, Data Analytics), Sales, Operations, Digital Marketing, and Quality Assurance • Assist with application and website development and testing • Support sales activities such as lead management and follow-ups • Contribute to digital marketing initiatives • Manage day-to-day operational tasks • Maintain accurate records • Monitor quality standards, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Prepare regular reports

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of App and Web Development concepts
  • Familiarity with software testing and Quality Assurance processes
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, reporting)
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals (social media, email, content basics)
  • Ability to support Sales activities (lead management, follow-ups, CRM basics)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
  • Basic reporting and documentation skills
