Job Description

Operations Manager

Aeroseal

• Own end-to-end European operational readiness • Own the European governance and compliance calendar • Design, implement, and maintain scalable operational processes • Build and administer the partner and business performance management framework • Own European data collection, structure, and integrity • Prepare high-quality analysis and materials for board meetings • Establish a predictable operating cadence across Europe • Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives • Manage day to day relationships with third party providers

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of consulting or operations background
  • Proven experience scaling a business across multiple European countries
  • Strong understanding of European operating complexity
  • Logical, organized, execution-focused operator
  • High data literacy, experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German, French is preferable
  • EU citizenship or permanent work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)
