• Own the economics of private cloud infrastructure—especially storage and data lifecycle costs. • Build transparent models for private cloud storage and infrastructure costs. • Establish unit economics (e.g., cost per TB-month, growth rate, utilization). • Stand up data aging and retention reporting by product and customer requirement. • Identify and drive purge, tiering, and lifecycle improvements to reclaim capacity. • Forecast capacity needs and cost implications based on real growth patterns. • Challenge “we need all of this data” assumptions with facts and options.

• Own cost transparency and savings execution across AWS. • Establish and maintain a clear AWS cost baseline by service, account, environment, and owner. • Identify cost drivers, anomalies, and structural inefficiencies using CUR and native tooling. • Design and continuously tune Savings Plan / Reserved Instance strategies. • Drive rightsizing, scheduling, and storage optimization initiatives through to completion. • Improve tagging and cost allocation quality; map ownership for accounts and shared services. • Build rolling forecasts and budgets as decision inputs. • Track a savings pipeline and report outcomes using KPI set. • Influence engineering roadmaps when savings require architectural or operational changes.

• Support weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting cadences • Maintain sales dashboards for bookings, pipeline coverage, win rates, and activity • Help drive CRM adoption and opportunity hygiene • Support lead-to-opportunity workflows and routing logic • Assist with territory assignments and commercial process improvements • Provide operational support to commercial leadership and reps • Partner with Deal Desk and Finance to support quote-to-cash workflows • Ensure opportunity data accuracy for pricing, approvals, and contracts • Build reporting on deal velocity, approvals, and revenue performance • Help identify bottlenecks in deal flow and recommend process improvements • Support revenue tracking and post-close reporting • Produce recurring reports on pipeline, bookings, revenue, renewals, and performance • Support executive and leadership reporting • Deliver ad hoc analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the funnel • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on reporting needs

• Develop and maintain operational plans, guidance documents, instructions, and standard operating procedures as well as public-facing and CMS-internal documents to support program operations • Proactively identify gaps that operational and tactical plans and/or technology can resolve • Communicate with our team and all stakeholders (e.g., client, sub-contractors, contractors, etc.) • Solve complex challenges in a timely and appropriate manner with minimal management oversight and attention to quality • Analyze healthcare and application data as well as technical documents using spreadsheets or other analytical tools to track applications, identify trends, and/or identify areas for improvement • Research, learn, and apply relevant policy, guidance, and regulations to respond to inquiries • Utilize various information systems to perform validation and verification of data by comparing and analyzing from multiple sources and reporting findings in a meaningful way • Communicate with systems development experts to maintain tools and applications used to fulfill project requirements; conduct testing of system requirements • Document decisions and approved language in a knowledge repository • Respond to internal and external questions and inquiries on assigned tasks and projects • Contribute to, and participate in, group meetings with clients and stakeholders • Apply project management rigor/processes to address issues as and when they arise
