• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for AE and ADR roles, maintaining the resilience needed for exceptional quality in an always on hiring environment • Use your deep understanding of the sales mentality to qualify candidates, ensuring they have the drive and growth mindset required for Samsara. • Act as a passionate brand ambassador, persuasively articulating our vision to digitize the global economy and attracting top-tier talent in a competitive landscape. • Build creative outbound sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, referrals, and new technologies to unblock pipelines and find solutions where others see dead ends. • Collaborate closely with Sales managers to align on hiring plans and provide data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions. • Embed Samsara’s principles—including Winning as a Team and Focusing on Customer Success—into every candidate interaction.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- 3+ years hiring in-demand in technology sales.
- A strong understanding of the sales profile; you know how to identify hunters because you have that same goal-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience leading recruitment in at least 2 European countries (UK, France, Benelux, or Germany preferred).
- A scrappy approach to hiring—you are curious, persistent, and always looking for a way to get the job done.
- The ability to clearly articulate expectations and persuasively sell the Samsara opportunity to candidates.
- Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume priorities without losing quality or candidate experience.
