• Develop and cultivate relationships with a wide range of decision-makers, targeted customers, and key opinion leaders • Meet and/or exceed the annual sales plan and year-over-year growth targets as defined by management • Identify target opportunities and/or accounts, as well as develop and implement a strategy to maintain a sufficient sales pipeline needed to achieve the strategic growth targets and initiatives as defined by management • Ensure positive customer relationships are maintained, and customer satisfaction is achieved • Communicate and report activities, itineraries, sales strategies, and program developments as defined by management • Participate in and provide support to trade shows, sales meetings, and other sales-related functions as requested and/or defined by management • Maintain effective use of travel and expenses as defined by management and in accordance with Corporate Travel and Expense policies

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (preferred); or, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical voice restoration experience or related experience (preferred)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Quebec French
  • Strong in-depth knowledge of promoted products, competitors, physiology, medical literature, and scientific innovations
  • Ability to apply strategic thought, planning and execution to maximize sales opportunities within key accounts
  • Ability to adapt selling approach with multiple specialties and customer segments
  • Self-Managed; capable of working from remote location with limited supervision
  • Effectively utilize computer software and technology enabled sales resources for planning, forecasting, reviewing sales activity, researching data, supporting sales calls, medical education presentations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational / multi-tasking skills
  • Strong Relationship Skills / Team Player (internal & external)
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
  • 70% Travel Required, 3 out of 4 weeks of the month (utilizing effective travel practices)
