• Lead end-to-end design: Drive concepting, prototyping, and delivery of product experiences for mechanical and aerospace engineering use cases. • Champion user research: Partner with product and engineering to conduct interviews, usability tests, and workflow analysis to deeply understand user needs. • Build and maintain design systems: Develop scalable, accessible, and consistent design patterns that ensure high-quality UI/UX across the platform. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product management, engineering, and domain experts to translate complex requirements into elegant user experiences. • Mentor and inspire: Provide leadership and guidance to other designers, helping elevate design standards across the organization.

• As the Lead Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and design strategy for Buyers and Sellers at OLX. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful, and visually stunning designs that leverage OLX’s positioning to solve real-world problems. • This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for AI-driven innovation, and the ability to lead our process, standards and rituals within the team. • Our General Classifieds’ Platform team will act as a central hub, collaborating with existing teams to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions.

• Collaborates with the business and IT peers to understand strategy and needs • Develops and drives a services/support design to meet demand • Reviews and compares offerings with current and future needs, identifying gaps • Prioritizes initiatives based on business need, cost, and impact • Provides cost, feasibility and impact/benefit analysis to support decisions • Engages BU leaders regarding requirements to deliver on strategies • Ensures end to end implementation of service • Partners with internal cross-functional teams for service delivery

• Partner with our design team to tackle the growing volume of design work across our expanding platform • Design user interfaces for new features and improvements, including dashboards, vulnerability management workflows, and security analytics • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance functionality with visual appeal • Conduct user research and usability testing with security practitioners, developers, and leadership to validate design decisions • Contribute to and evolve our design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across 325+ integrations • Collaborate with product managers to translate user stories and requirements into design specifications • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and refine based on technical constraints • Design data visualization and reporting interfaces that surface insights from 200M+ daily security findings • Contribute to our emerging agentic interfaces and exposure management workflows • Leverage AI tools to enhance your design productivity and workflow efficiency • Bring new ideas and design approaches that push our user experience forward.
