Role Description Reporting to the Director, Business Development, you'll lead the charge from initial tech presentations through discovery and proof of value phases, providing technical guidance throughout the sales process. - Analyse your assigned region to identify high-potential customers and uncover their security remediation challenges. - Create and implement targeted, account-based outreach strategies using a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, emails, and social media. - Proactively arrange high-quality meetings with key decision-makers and influencers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) target accounts. - Collaborate with regional stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. - Partner with the Marketing team to boost event attendance and diligently follow up on qualified leads. - Accurately document, track, and manage all activities within our CRM system to ensure data integrity and effective follow-up. Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Skilled in using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. - Exceptional cold calling skills with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. - Highly organized, with excellent time management abilities and a strong capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. - Self-driven and highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
