IT Service Design Manager
Fortrea
• Collaborates with the business and IT peers to understand strategy and needs • Develops and drives a services/support design to meet demand • Reviews and compares offerings with current and future needs, identifying gaps • Prioritizes initiatives based on business need, cost, and impact • Provides cost, feasibility and impact/benefit analysis to support decisions • Engages BU leaders regarding requirements to deliver on strategies • Ensures end to end implementation of service • Partners with internal cross-functional teams for service delivery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields
- ITIL (Foundation, Practitioner, Service Manager) Certification v3 (v4 preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in IT service design
- Strong grasp of ITSM ITIL principles and methodologies (v3 and v4)
- Proven track record of successful delivery within a managed service provider operating model
- Proficient in the use of IT service management tools such as Service Now
- Experience in project management and knowledge of agile methodologies

• Define the future: Explore, visualize, and prototype bold concepts that shape where HubSpot’s GTM should go 3–12 months out. • Understand complex systems: Research problems, map incentives, and identify opportunities across customer, GTM, and partner ecosystems. • Prototype to influence: Create high-fidelity prototypes (in Cursor, Lovable, V0, Figma etc) and concept visuals to make abstract ideas tangible and compelling. • Shape the narrative: Craft stories and presentations that inspire alignment and buy-in from product, GTM, and executive leaders. • Raise the bar: Uplevel craft quality across the org by modeling strong design work, offering feedback, and sharing thinking through crits, office hours, or mentoring.
• Design world-class enterprise UI, product structure and functionalities basing on business strategy and requirements • Architect, create and deliver new features and functionality • Drive the requirements and own the UX process end-to-end • Think long-term and be representing both user, business and production team perspective throughout all product development phases • Identify unnecessary complexity and remove it • Experience in following, applying, teaching and maintaining a company Design Systems
• Conduct online design workshops with clients (client briefing) • Design for web and mobile platforms • Create interface concepts and prototypes • Develop branding elements (logo, visual identity) • Create interface animations and motion graphics using Jitter or After Effects
