• Support the Managing Director and Commercial Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. • Manage billing administration in liaison with central finance. • Process and reconcile company credit card statements. • Assist with month-end processes, ensuring deadlines are met. • Provide support to central credit control by liaising with clients and following up on outstanding balances. • Manage inventory and oversee ordering of office equipment and stock. • Produce simple customer quotes and liaise with relevant teams for approval. • Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation for internal reporting and audits. • Support general office administration, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document management. • Assist with procurement administration and supplier management. • Provide information for forecasting and budgeting as required. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, project management, production) to ensure smooth flow of information. • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives from leadership and central functions. • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation. • Assist with event logistics support (where required).
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, finance, or office support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident in working with numbers, reports, and financial processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and business systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
