• Content characterization of data; gathering key insights derived from different views and data combinations • Emphasize data from architecture, engineering and construction designs • Prototype and measure the quality and effectiveness of new data aggregations and enrichments • Build reporting to measure progress in key initiatives and improve accessibility of general insights • Leverage Data Mining techniques and analytics peers in teams around the company to develop new data sources and potential business insights • Document and organize work to provide transparency

Job Requirements

  • Strong SQL coding skills; comfortable using it every day
  • Understanding and experience applying statistical methods and data modeling techniques
  • Ability to distill detailed results into easily digestible insights
  • Experience working with unstructured data
  • Familiarity with 3d and 2d design data in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction space
  • Specific experience with Autodesk AEC products such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3d, or Forma a plus
  • Experience working in Python or R to perform statistical analysis and data visualizations
  • Experience building dashboards in Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Looker or equivalent)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action when challenges arise
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across an organization
  • Desire to create, investigate and follow best practices
  • Experience using AI technologies is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge with a good attitude!
