We Supply Talent
• Lead the strategy, setup, and optimisation of Google Shopping and paid media campaigns for international retail brands • Manage and maintain product data feeds in Google Merchant Center • Analyse campaign data to identify insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities to improve ROI and sales performance • Oversee budget allocation and performance management across multiple accounts and product lines • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and growth insights to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with UK and Asia teams to ensure consistent delivery and campaign success • Once settled in, act as the primary client contact, delivering performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations • Over time, lead and mentor a team of 35 regional specialists to support campaign operations and client growth
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with strong focus on Google Shopping
- Proven proficiency with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimisation
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Confident conducting video and audio meetings with international colleagues and clients
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for performance reporting and analysis
- Experience with Performance Max, Facebook Ads, or other paid media channels is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Passionate about eCommerce, digital advertising, and performance marketing
