• Develop all aspects of the scope, project development schedule, and costs for the customer proposal. • Work with sales team, customers, and project manager to help scope, estimate, and sell the project. • Create, analyze, and negotiate sub-contractor proposals to ensure all customer contract proposal aspects will be met. • Consult project management staff to outline work plans and delegate duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. • Review and analyze status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies, and/or milestones during project development. • Create cost estimates for HVAC piping and sheet metal improvements. • Create project scheduling using MS Project, MS Excel, or other tools needed to ensure project development milestones and deadlines are met. • Work with the sales and fulfillment teams to plan and conduct client, project, and internal meetings to ensure clear communication. • Analyze and select system types and create conceptual designs for HVAC systems. • Balance and manage multiple projects in development with multiple sub-contractors and complete project development within initial scope, schedule, and budget. • Develop and maintain subcontracting partner relationships. • Follow and implement all safety and policy compliances to ensure a safe and satisfying work environment. • Create and maintain the accuracy of the forecasted cost, time, and customer satisfaction at completion of project development phase. • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff. • Examine and review contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans. • Transition to Service Operations when sale has been finalized.

• Plan and perform more complex engineering design duties for cathodic protection system projects • Review preliminary data, discuss objectives and expectations, and suggest appropriate engineering methods and procedures • Prepare engineering designs, specifications, and reports • Plan and schedule activities for efficient utilization of resources • Establish crews and assign work based on complexity of tasks and individual capacities • Provide technical supervision and technical assistance to other divisions within the company • Coordinate engineering aspects of installation process • Supervise and/or perform tests required to determine condition of soil, water, underground or submerged structures • Direct the preparation of field drawings; determine design modifications required by unanticipated structural features, etc. • Supervise and participate in post installation survey • Coordinate interference testing and bonding required with client and affected companies • Ensure proper application of methods and procedures, modify as appropriate • Perform economic evaluations of alternative methods of cathodic protection and corrosion control • Assist in cost estimation and detailed proposal development

• Spearhead the technical analysis of customer inquiries, RFQs, and tenders to determine proposal requirements, scope of supply, and optimal system solution configurations and estimations • Provide matrix leadership to a cross-functional technical team to ensure comprehensive and competitive bid submissions • Possess specialized technical knowledge across Grid Electrification solutions and markets • Employ high-level judgment to make informed decisions pre-designing and estimating projects • Lead cross-functional technical teams for project solutions with minimal guidance • Analyze and respond to complex technical specifications and documentation to provide optimum technical solutions for protection & control system solutions

• The Level 2 Service Delivery Consultant combines technical, communication and customer service skills to support a high‑visibility platform. • The primary responsibility is to handle Service Requests, with a focus on User and System Access, ensuring compliance with predefined SLAs. • Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, handling ancillary errors, properly triaging complex technical issues, acting to restore or resolve services and escalating when necessary. • Take ownership of tickets throughout their entire lifecycle, including follow-ups, maintaining close and clear communication with the customer. • Provide product, process, or business support at a more advanced level (next tier). • Review, publish and retire knowledge base articles. • Create/update onboarding guides, Pendo Guides and chatbot scripts. • Update knowledge documentation as product or process changes occur. • Collaborate with the Level 1 team to continuously improve first-contact resolution rates. • Troubleshoot tickets assigned by the Service Desk. • Reproduce issues and document the steps taken. • Analyze logs and run stored procedures/scripts as needed. • Participate in application ceremonies. • Support testing for enabling new features.
