• Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Dynamics 365 HR implementation • Assess system configuration across core HR areas including: Personnel management, Leave and absence, Compensation and benefits, Performance management • Evaluate alignment with business requirements and HR best practices • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Review data structures, data quality, and reporting capabilities • Assess integrations with other systems • Provide recommendations on: System optimisation, Process improvements, Configuration changes, Potential use of additional D365 or Power Platform capabilities • Produce a clear assessment report and roadmap of recommendations • Present findings and advise stakeholders on prioritisation and next steps
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 HR / Human Resources Consultant
- Strong experience reviewing or auditing existing D365 implementations
- Deep understanding of HR processes and D365 HR functionality
- Ability to identify gaps and provide practical, business-focused recommendations
- Experience with system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
