• Manage high-volume PERM cases end-to-end • Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided. • Ensure accountability for the drafting and monitoring of PERM casework. • Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner • Communicate with clients and foreign nationals • Track case progress using Envoy technology • Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager. • Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies. • Respond to client communication requests – either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.

• Manage high-volume (NIV, PERM and IV) Business Immigration cases end-to-end • Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided. • Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters based on the analysis of case details, documents, and individual qualifications, as per strict deadlines for a range of NIV, PERM and IV applications (end to end) • Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner • Track case progress within Envoy Global Platform • Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager. • Handle client/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status for key accounts/clients, while providing excellent client service. • Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies. • Respond to client communication requests – either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.

• Identify and prospect Enterprise customers, leveraging outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution for Enterprise businesses. • Drive Envoy Global’s strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building strong relationships with key decision-makers at Enterprise businesses. • Understand customer needs and pain points, positioning Envoy Global’s immigration solutions as essential to their people strategy. • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy. • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, operations, and product, to enhance the customer experience and optimize sales strategies for Enterprise clients. • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), providing regular reports on progress and forecasts. • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting Immigration and Mobility.

• Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases, with a strong emphasis on Quebec-based matters • Prepare and submit compliant applications for: Work Permits (GTS & Regular LMIAs, ICTs, C10/16/20, FTAs); Permanent Residence (Express Entry, PNPs, Quebec-related PR processes); Employer compliance (IMP audits, program reviews, disclosures) • Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI requirements

• Draft, proofread, and support review of contracts • Compare document versions, run redlines, and summarize changes • Manage legal document repositories • Support contract execution by monitoring signature workflows • Track contracts, renewals, and corporate filings • Provide legal operations support • Coordinate with internal stakeholders • Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries • Support corporate governance and compliance activities

• Architect, operate, and optimize Azure‑based CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps, MS Build, Terraform, ARM/Bicep) • Own Azure infrastructure and platform services including Azure SQL, Service Bus, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and AKS • Design highly available, cost‑efficient systems supporting 24x7 production workloads • Partner with Engineering, Data, and InfoSec to embed security, automation, and reliability into the platform • Lead incident response, disaster recovery planning, and release management • Mentor DevOps engineers and act as an escalation point for complex platform issues
